You are not permitted to bring your own food to any Grapest 5K Run event. Each winery will provide all food and drinks for purchase. Every attempt is made to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for, however, if you have a specific major dietary requirement it is advised that you bring your own food and notify the staff at check-in. Examples of this are if you are Celiac, lactose intolerant or have other allergies.
PLEASE NOTE that we cannot guarantee the availability of EFTPOS facilities so it will be best to bring CASH FOR FOOD.
Please bring a water bottle for when you're waiting at the start line and for the run.
There will be no bag drop at this venue – your vehicle will be very close to the course, so we recommend that you keep most of your belongings locked in your vehicle.
We will, however, have an envelope drop area. You will be able to seal your Drivers Licence and car keys in an envelope, and provide a password to enable you to collect it at the end of the day. All care will be taken, but no responsibility will be accepted for lost personal items.

When participating in a Grapest 5K Run, you should expect an off-road terrain course, which means this may be rough and rugged under-foot,
dusty and/or muddy, depending on the weather conditions at each event. Some courses may use sections of the road or have a road-crossing, or
use an adjoining estate.
Depending on each vineyard's harvest requirements, some may permit running/walking through the vines, and others may use the exterior ground
around the vines and vineyard property, and adjoining properties.
Please ensure you bring the correct footwear to accommodate all terrains. Please note: The 10km course will be 2 x laps of the 5km course.
There is an array of different accommodation options in the surrounding area including:
- Airbnb
- Weymouth Seaside Escape
- Platypus Park Country Retreat
Merchandise including shirts are available for purchase on the day at the merchandise stand next right next to registration. Please bring
cash, but there will also be Eftpos facilities available
If you have pre-puchased merchandise this MUST be collected at the merchandise tent on the day of the event, as it will not be delivered to
you.
This means that NO-ONE under the age of 18 is allowed to be present at the after party, including but not limited to small children, babies, toddlers & school children. This is due to the consumption of alcohol.
Partners are more then welcome to come and spectate the run, however if you choose to stay on for the entertainment, you'll need to purchase a GIG ticket.
