Please aim to arrive no later than 12:00 noon as this is one hour before the event starts at 1:00pm. This will allow you to check in and get warmed up with plenty of time to spare!

There will be plenty of parking available on-site. Parking will cost $5 per vehicle, and is payable by CASH ONLY on entry to the venue – please have the correct amount ready so as not to cause undue delays to the traffic coming in behind you. Volunteers will direct all vehicles to the parking area.

Your event will finish at 5:30pm

All participants must read and sign the Waiver form online (when registering for the event on "Active Network") and bring it with them on the day of the event – NO WAIVER, NO RACE, NO EXCEPTIONS!

You must have a copy of your confirmation ticket or proof of purchase with you to check-in. An email copy on your phone is accepted. Present your confirmation email with your ID and a signed race waiver to the registration team to get your wristband

Food & Drink

You are not permitted to bring your own food to any Grapest 5K Run event. Each winery will provide all food and drinks for purchase. Every attempt is made to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for, however, if you have a specific major dietary requirement it is advised that you bring your own food and notify the staff at check-in. Examples of this are if you are Celiac, lactose intolerant or have other allergies.

PLEASE NOTE that we cannot guarantee the availability of EFTPOS facilities so it will be best to bring CASH FOR FOOD.

Please bring a water bottle for when you're waiting at the start line and for the run.

Bag Drop

There will be no bag drop at this venue – your vehicle will be very close to the course, so we recommend that you keep most of your belongings locked in your vehicle.

We will, however, have an envelope drop area. You will be able to seal your Drivers Licence and car keys in an envelope, and provide a password to enable you to collect it at the end of the day. All care will be taken, but no responsibility will be accepted for lost personal items.

I paid for the registration protection, can I get a refund?
If you paid for registration protection and are unable to attend the event for a reason covered by the Registration Protection offer, you may contact ACTIVE Refund to file a refund application and receive compensation. All refund applications are handled by ACTIVE Refund and NOT by Centaur Outdoor Events.

If the event needs to be rescheduled, registrations will be honoured for the next event.

Bad weather
All of our events are outdoors and there is no doubt some events will experience rain. All of our events will go ahead regardless of unpleasant weather conditions with the exception of extreme conditions such as lightning and hail or extreme storms. On these occasions the event may need to be delayed for a period of time or postponed to another date.

Always check our Facebook page for updates on weather for your event so that you can make your own decision to attend.

Who is charged for cleaning up any damage/mess I cause?

• Metal cutlery, including cheese knives.
• Selfie and Go Pro sticks.
• Aerosols, sunshades, tents and tables.

There will be a security check at the gate and prohibited items will be confiscated.
Centaur Outdoor Events does not take any responsibility for confiscated items.

Off-road terrain/course

When participating in a Grapest 5K Run, you should expect an off-road terrain course, which means this may be rough and rugged under-foot, dusty and/or muddy, depending on the weather conditions at each event. Some courses may use sections of the road or have a road-crossing, or use an adjoining estate.

Depending on each vineyard's harvest requirements, some may permit running/walking through the vines, and others may use the exterior ground around the vines and vineyard property, and adjoining properties.

Please ensure you bring the correct footwear to accommodate all terrains. Please note: The 10km course will be 2 x laps of the 5km course.
